We are excited to announce that we’re joining the Let’s Dance campaign in Bollywood style, taking place on 2 March’25.

This is a fantastic initiative spearheaded by Angela Rippon. Angela’s journey on Strictly Come Dancing highlighted to her the incredible benefits of regular dancing, and now she’s on a mission to get the whole nation dancing! This campaign is all about making dance accessible to everyone, with a focus on encouraging people to embrace the joy and health benefits of dancing.

Come and join us for an afternoon of FREE Bollywood Dance Workshop on Sunday 2nd March, 1pm to 2pm.  Have a go learning a Bollywood dance choreography with our amazing dance artist, Nisha Nath.  It will be super fun and enjoyable afternoon of dancing and keeping fit. 

Please wear loose comfortable clothes i.e track suit bottom/loose trousers and T-Shirt.  No short skirt or shorts will be suitable.  We will ask you to dance either bare footed or with your socks on if you feel safe.

 Everyone welcome from age 7+.  Please note, places are limited, so book early.
